Xylitol and Dogs
Xylitol is a sweetener that's gaining in popularity because of its suitability as a sugar substitute for people with diabetes. Unfortunately, while xylitol appears to be perfectly safe for people, it is extremely dangerous for dogs - even in small quantities. Very few peanut butters contain this, but please check the label.
Unsure as to which peanut butter is best, make your own. Very easy recipe available on recipe page.
