Dog Celebration Cake



 You'll Need:
  • 65g peanut butter
  • 60ml vegetable oil
  • 80g honey
  • 135g grated carrots
  • 120g wholemeal flour
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200g full fat cream cheese

Method:
  • Pre-heat the oven to 180C 350F Gas mark 4.
  • Combine the egg, peanut butter, oil, vanilla and honey.
  • Next, stir in the carrots. Then sift the flour and bicarbonate into the mixture and fold it all.
  • Prepare a tin and pour the mixture into it.
  • Bake for 40 minutes and then allow the cake to cool completely which should take about 10 minutes.
  • Spread the cream cheese evenly over the top of the cake.
Storing:
This cake will keep for 2 - 3 days in the fridge.
